Ways to create more time in your life...

• Make time for yourself a priority - everything truly urgent will get done around it
• Create boundaries with your work and stick to them
• Extend those boundaries to friends and activities, make sure it's always convenient to see them and that you think about how long the period will be
• Do less and have a very lazy night in sometimes (and resist the urge to get on the computer)
• SLOW DOWN! A slower more ordered life is more satisfying and gives you the sense of having more time
